LOCAL SALON CREATES WORLD OF RELAXATION
Upon entering HeadTurners Salon and Wellness Spa you will find some aspects reminiscent of the days gone by, you will see a partial copper/toned tin ceiling and a crystal chandelier offset with today's style of beautiful cherry wood reception desk and retail shelves showing a full line of retail products for not only women but also for men. In this same area you will see two, state-of-the-art, cherry wood tanning booths. The world to the left of the retail/reception area through a large open doorway you will find high energy, busy, upbeat cosmetologists and nail technicians working in a full-service salon that includes fifteen hair stations, six nail stations, two pedicure thrones and a private room providing all the full body waxing services. The "Look Good" service will be further enhanced by providing a "Feel Good" service of pampering our clients with warm towels as their hair is being washed and head massaged in one of the six state-of -the-art shampoo bowls.
The world to the right of the retail/reception area through the white-colored French doors invites you into a world of enchantment, relaxation, tranquility and elegance. This wellness spa offers services that are available to help you enjoy better health & wellness for your body, mind, and spirit.
The spa has two multi-purpose rooms that have been set up to provide facials and/or massages. Trained aestheticians will provide basic or customized facials. Two full-time massage therapists will provide you with a standard fifteen, thirty, or up to a sixty minute massages. Clients also can select from a list special and/or therapeutic massages offered. In another room trained technicians apply all types of wraps from simple skin care applications all the way up to weight and cellulite reduction. Complementing the body wraps HeadTurners offers an ADA approved bathroom with a shower stall that has three showerheads on each side wall and a ten-inch rain showerhead on the ceiling.
With the use of the AquaMed dry hydrotherapy, the Far/Infrared Sauna and Far/Infrared HTE Total Health Spa the salon has reported health benefits for weight loss, detoxification, increase of circulation, lowering of cholesterol, normalized blood pressure, reduction of pain from fibromyalgia, edema, lymphedema, arthritis and includes reduction of many other types of pain and fatique, quicker healing cuts and bruises, reduction of swelling and inflamation, reduction of joint stiffness, improved flexibility and range motion.
With the use of their state-of-the-art epidermabrasion system the trained technicians at HeadTurners can remove up to 30% of dead skin cells. By using the photo rejuvenation system you will notice visible improvement to fine lines and wrinkles. It's almost like getting a facelift without the surgery. The same system can be used in combination on the body or the face to provide advanced treatment solutions to a broad range of skin conditions such as acne eruptions, skin decoloration, uneven skin pigmentiation, reduces redness, and will stimulate collagen production on all types of skin.
